TOLDJA: Marvel Confirm Avengers Academy

Okay, I know, these "Toldjas" could get a little annoying, but let's hear this one out at least. I'm on a roll, humour me for a bit, okay?

In a Newsarama interview, Tom Brevoort wrote;

At the same time we're doing this, we're launching four other Avengers titles. The Avengers #1, Secret Avengers, New Avengers, which we talked about yesterday, and Avengers Academy, which we haven't actually released the teasers for, but we've talked about in the past. And having yet another book that's just, "Hey – here's another Avengers thing!" We didn't want to do that because it will get lost in the shuffle. People aren't going to understand what this is as opposed to all that.

Last October, Bleeding Cool reported an upcoming Avengers Academy series by Christos Gage and Mike McKone, as a replacement title for Avengers: The Initiative post Siege.

And recently Enter The Heroic Age #1 was solicited by Marvel, launching five new unnamed series and featuring Gage and McKone as two of the creators.
