Robin Rises And Cable Toy Take Previews Cover For October 2014

When was the last time a toy took the front or back cover of Diamond's Previews cover? A reprise of Rob Liefeld's classic cover to New Mutants #87 for Diamond Select Toys takes the back of Diamond's new collection of comics et al coming out in December.

Diamond's selected "Gem" titles for the month include flashback series Hellboy and the B.P.R.D. #1 by Mike Mignola, John Arcudi, and Alex Maleev, Superman: Earth One Volume 3, by J. Michael Straczynski and Ardian Syaf and Sandra Hope, IDW Publishing's Star Trek/Planet of the Apes: The Primate Directive #1  cr, Image Comics' Bitch Planet #1 by Kelly Sue DeConnick's and Marvel Comics' Spider-Man and the X-Men #1 – you might have heard if that somewhere…

And on the cover of the order form? It's Roger Langridge…
