SDCC 2017: Saturday Schedule Is Now LIVE!
Another day, another announcement from Comic-Con International (SDCC) as the convention's Saturday, July 22 schedule of events and panels was just released:
(COLOR CODES: BLUE (all other programming) / YELLOW-GOLD (Comic-Con International Film Festival))
For those looking for what's happening at the "big show" rooms, here's the line-up for Saturday in both Hall H…
…and Ballroom 20:
And on a more personal and selfish note (…since I'll be cosplaying as Rick Grimes and Jesse Custer at NYCC later this year, but that's besides the point…) , for those of you interested in cosplay here's what's currently listed:
Biggest takeaway from the schedule: I know I'm not going out on a limb here, but I think that the Warner Bros. Pictures presentation is going to to be the major talk of the day: Aquaman, Justice League, Blade Runner 2049 and Ready Player One are a killer line-up of films to promote, and it doesn't look like Warner Bros. wants to disappoint.
Justice League and Aquaman are expected to have Ben Affleck (Batman), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Ezra Miller (The Flash) and Ray Fisher (Cyborg) on-hand to promote both films.
Blade Runner 2049 will bring Harrison Ford back to the convention circuit, with co-stars Ryan Gosling, Ana de Armas, Sylvia Hoeks, Robin Wright, Lennie James and Mackenzie Davis joining him.
For Ready Player One, Warner Bros. will be bringing no less than Steven Spielberg to SDCC to promote his adaptation of Ernest Cline's novel, along with stars Tye Sheridan, Olivia Cooke, and T.J. Miller; and the film's co-screenwriters, Cline and Zak Penn.
If you're looking for Bleeding Cool's rundown on SDCC's Thursday and Friday schedules, you can check them out here and here. Once again, these are official listings that are posted on Comic-Con International's website, and are only for SDCC attendees with convention badges. In other words? No badge, no entry…that's how it works.
Oh…and one more thing? Schedules are subject to change at the drop of a dime so make sure to keep updated through Comic-Con International's website…and don't blame us!
