Stryfe Returns From Marvel's Past Future in X-Force #6
What's old is new again. The 90s are hot right now, with the Age of X-Man event harkening back to the 90s' Age of Apocalypse, Cable starring in a new X-Force book, and Rob Liefeld introducing a new character he created back in his X-Force glory days in Major X. So it should be no surprise that Stryfe, the clone of Cable (or is Cable the clone?), is returning once again in April's X-Force #6.
But will it be the adult Stryfe, or a teenage version, like Kid Cable? And if you thought the adult version had mommy and daddy issues, can you imagine how insufferable Stryfe must be as a teenager? The entire issue will need to be just one long monologue complaining about how Scott and Jean abandoned him by sending him to the future to be cured of the techno-organic virus. Dude. Get over it!
Check out the solicit for X-Force #6 below, along with the cover, where Stryfe is already throwing a tantrum by blowing a hole in dead adult Cable's tombstone, and view Marvel's full April solicitations here.
