Bungie Hands Out the Details of Their 1.1.3 Update for Destiny 2
This Tuesday, February 27th, Destiny 2's servers will undergo maintenance as Bungie will apply the next update in their 2018 roadmap with 1.1.3. Below are some of the finer details as to what the patch will do, as Bungie themselves went into greater detail about the update and changes on their website. Maintenance will start on Monday, February 26th at 10am PST with no issues expected, but then the servers will be shut down on Tuesday starting at 8am PST to fully apply the update, which is scheduled to take at least two hours. Once the update is complete you'll need to log back into your account, but beyond that, there should be no issues. Check out a quick list of the patch updates below.
- Fixing an issue where the Phoenix Dive ability can be used to get out of the intended playspace
- Fixing an issue where players could receive a loss in Trials of the Nine if opponents leave multiple matches in a row
- The Crucible Helmet Ornament will now gain unlock progress from Trials of the Nine wins in addition to competitive match wins
- Projectiles from the Colony Exotic properly track enemies on PC when frame rate is set higher than 30 FPS
