Gran Turismo Sport's Ultimate Bundle Is Ridiculous
Sony Interactive Entertainment Taiwan (SIET) announced a one-of-a-kind Gran Turismo Sport bundle for PS4, which includes a real car, and a ridiculous pricetag.
As spotted by NeoGAF users, SIET has sold a GT Sport bundle for about $46,600. In addition to, of course, the game itself, the bundle features a steering wheel, racing pod, a Sony Bravia 4K HDR tv, and a limited edition 2018 Mazda MX-5. Yep. An actual car.

The bundle, which has reportedly already been sold to a car collector according to NeoGAF, the entire contents of the bundle include a copy of Gran Turismo Sport for PS4, a PlayStation 4 Pro console, a PSVR and PlayStation Move bundle, a Bravia 4K HDR OLED television, a Thrustmaster T-GT steering wheel controller, an APIGA AP1 racing chair, 12 months of PlayStation Plus, and a 2018 Mazda MX-5.
This is certainly the most expensive way to get a copy of Gran Turismo Sport, ever. It does appeal to car collectors given the limited edition nature of the MX-5 in question, which explains why it was sold to a car collector. But the bundle's existence in the first place is pretty goddamn ridiculous. Yeah, it's actually a pretty great deal on the Mazda and everything else included. It just changes the focus of the bundle from being GTS and onto being a good deal on a Mazda. Which is pretty ridiculous for a game bundle.
But not that its sold, I guess we might do well to expect more bundles like this in the future?
