Japan Set To Receive A 'Pokémon GO' Plus DX Set
Let's ignore all the issues the Pokémon GO is having here in the States and go international for a second. Pokémon as a whole is still doing great business globally, especially in Japan where the game got its start. And with Pokémon GO itself doing so well in the Asian market (where they're hoping to break into China shortly), the company is rewarding their fans in Japan with a specific gift box set for the ultimate player.
That nice little set you're looking at is the Pokémon GO Plus DX Set, and it's basically every physical product you can purchase for the game right now. Inside the box includes Pokemon GO Plus, a Ring Option accessory, some Pokémon GO Plus Custom Stickers, a PokéBall Philips Screwdriver, as well as a PokeBall Power Bank Anker 10,000 maH Battery. The box itself costs ¥8,550, which is about $78.
This particular box is a joint venture between Niantic and The Pokémon Company, which is why it is both cheap and affordable (as a token of appreciation to the fans), considering some of the items in the box are $50 on their own here in the States. Best of luck to those of you looking to purchase one, as we're sure that kind of a bundle will go quickly.
