Soulja Boy Says He's Going to Launch His Own Esports Team

Looks like Soulja Boy is going in on gaming full-time as the word is out that he plans on launching his own esports team in the future. The news comes to us from TMZ Sports, who caught up with the rapper where they usually catch up with everyone, at LAX getting to the horrible Delta gate, where he expressed his interest in starting a team and even consulting with Ninja over it. If he actually started a team the same as familiar names like Optic Gaming or Cloud 9, it would generate a lot of interest in esports, and probably elevate whatever games they got involved with. But until we see an actual company name and some talent hired, it's basically a dream project at the moment.
