"That's High Praise!" Nintendo Receives Thumbs Up From Industry Peeps

It isn't often that other companies salute each other for achievement in the industry. When Bill Gates and Steve Jobs were neck and neck in the '90s and '00s, they weren't buying ads in Wired congratulating each other on the fine work they achieved with Windows and iOS. The same can be said for the big three gaming companies as you don't really see greeting cards exchanged between the directors of the PS4 and Xbox One. But in what looks to be an awesome little milestone, Nintendo received some high praise from both Sony and Microsoft.

Professional gamers themselves are now cranking out footage, including the Game Grumps who dedicated an hour-long episode to Breath of the Wild on Friday. Others are holding back since they don't want to get pinged by Nintendo for copyrights issues, but it's clear the system and it's leading launch title have won people over.
