Get A Look At The Cancelled Free Radical Battlefront 3
Battlefront is obviously going to be a huge title this holiday period. The revival of the classic franchise is certainly quite different to the others in the franchise, but we have to remember, EA has revived this series from the grave yard. There wasn't ever going to be another Battlefront game after this.
That wasn't always the case though. Prior developer Free Radical were once working on Star Wars: Battlefront 3, before that got cancelled. There have been snippets of footage thrown out there, but up until now, what we have seen has been pretty underwhelming. Having said that, game preservers ptoponline have now released footage of what looks to be a half way functioning build of the game. As a guy who loved the old series, it's pretty neat to see what could have been.
