Time Plays Funny Tricks in Mortal Kombat 11's Prologue

After a lot of speculation about what the main villain for Mortal Kombat 11 was doing with an hourglass, we now have an idea of the storyline. During the reveal event this week, NetherRealm Studios treated fans tot he prologue for the game, picking up where Mortal Kombat X left off, but with a bit of a twist. The main villain of this game, Kronica, makes an appearance as she has been troubled by the thunder god Raiden not once, but twice, unbalancing the scales of power in the universe toward the side of good. Which, being a fair and just kind of deity, she needs to correct. Enjoy the video!
