A TV Spot, A Featurette, A Track From The OST, And 15+ Images From 'Dunkirk'
Time for some more marketing for the upcoming Dunkirk and this time it's not just a fifteen second TV spots and nothing else but we do have one of those. This time it's a fifteen second TV spot that actually shows a fair bit of new footage and some shots of characters that we haven't seen much of yet.
Next we have a short featurette with director Christopher Nolan talking about the history of the battle and how this is a story he's wanted to tell for some time.
There was also a track from the official soundtrack released. It's another Hans Zimmer composition and it's a long eight minutes. However, it's also one of the better things that Zimmer has made in a while. He seems to have finally taken his finger off of the BWONG button which he's been holding down since Inception. It's a good listen and if you're a fan of movie soundtracks this is shaping up to be a fun addition to your playlist.
Finally, Collider posted a bunch of high quality pictures from the production including two behind-the-scenes photos with Nolan. We get a good look at pretty much the entire cast. Some of the images are ones that we've seen before, just in a higher resolution, but a few are new ones.
Dunkirk is out in just under two weeks so expect to see some more marketing, TV spots, and a few more pieces of the soundtrack before the movie is released on the 21st.
