The play is set in 1980s Cold War-era Berlin, with a young soldier played by Boyega trying to build a better life for his family., According to audience reports, the performance was halted about ten minutes after starting, with police and Old Vic staff directing an orderly evacuation. The Daily Mail reports that the audience numbered around 1000 people. London Police have not released details of what triggered the alert at this time.
