In the latest trailer for Arrow season 4 we get to see a bit more of what brings Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) back to Star City and has him suiting up again. We also get to see Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) in action using magic to stop an arrow and referring to our hero as Green Arrow. It's going to be a very different season this time.

Arrow returns October 7th to the CW.
