First Trailer for Christopher Nolan's "Tenet"

If there is a director working right now that could get a blank check from Warner Bros. to make whatever they want it's probably Christopher Nolan. He made Batman relevant again and then went on to make a bunch really well-received original movies and his last film, Dunkirk, made half a billion dollars at the international box office and was a critical darling. Now he's coming back with yet another new movie called Tenet which has been teased in various forms for several months now. Nolan believes in the theater experience and all of the material for Tenet so far has been released in theaters only There is a six-minute prologue that is currently in IMAX theaters but now we have something to go on. We have a poster and the first trailer.

First Trailer for Christopher Nolan's "Tenet"

Looks pretty bonkers and like we're going to get some of the mindbending special effects that we got in Nolan's best movie Inception [don't @ me] which is a lot of fun. Nolan is a fantastic director and even if his movies don't entirely work, Interstellar for example, they are always visually amazing. Let us know if you see that IMAX prologue if you see Star Wars in theaters this weekend.

Tenet, directed by Christopher Nolan, stars John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Clémence Poésy, Michael Caine, and Kenneth Branagh. It will be released on July 17, 2020.
