Hello Anakin? Is That You?…A Vader Appearance That Almost Happened

Over the weekend, we got a bit of information from the book The Art of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Said news focused on the fact that Anakin Skywalker was supposed to make an appearance in the new film.

Now, because whiney Kylo Ren made a statement hinting at the fact that he had perhaps communicated with Vader before would kind of make that cameo okay. However, I'm so glad it didn't happen. Here's the thing about Vader. He was an amazing villain. But as we all know he had a change of heart before his death. Ren is worshiping something that died with Vader, no? A cameo from him would have infuriated a ton of people, including myself. The melted deformed mask was enough.
