John Boyega New Film Tells The True Story Of Violence In 1967 Detroit

Detroit tells the true story of the riots in the summer of 1967, one of the darkest moments of civil unrest in American history. The film is from Kathryn Bigelow (The Hurt Locker, Zero Dark Thirty) and stars John Boyega, Will Poulter, Algee Smith, John Krasinski and Anthony Mackie.

Detroit will be in theaters August 4th.
