New Behind-the-Scenes Picture from Mulan

Production on Mulan kicked off today and Disney shared a picture of star Liu Yifei. That wasn't all of the content we got from this live-action remake of a Disney classic. Director Niki Caro took to instagram to share a behind-the-scenes picture.

The hashtag "#reflections" is interesting because one of the best songs from the animated version is the song reflections. It appears that Caro could be filming that scene here but without the song since this isn't going to be a musical. Disney is getting pretty good at letting their directors share pictures and behind-the-scenes stuff. They must realize that it helps build hype and keeps people talking about their movies constantly.

Mulan, directed by Niki Caro, Liu Yifei, Donnie Yen, Jet Li, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Yoson An, Xana Tang, Jason Scott Lee, and Ron Yuan. It will be released on March 27th, 2020.
