New Lucifer Clip – King Of Pain

I love subtle little Easter eggs thrown into a television series. In this clip from the second episode of Lucifer, the fallen one is playing the piano as Detective Chloe Dancer (Lauren German) approaches. She wants to know more about Lucifer (Tom Ellis)… how he is actually named Lucifer Morningstar, how he didn't exist until five years ago and how he survived being shot six times. The subtle part? As the cop approaches he starts playing a song by the Police… but not just any song, King of Pain. I like that.

Lucifer airs Monday's at 9 PM on FOX.
