New Motion Poster for John Wick: Chapter 3
The John Wick movies kind of came out of nowhere. The first one wasn't a big movie and didn't have a lot of buzz about it before it started premiering at film festivals. It was directed by two guys primarily known for their work with stunts and featured an elevator pitch that was basically "it's Taken but with a dog." It was a recipe for disaster, but it worked like gangbusters. The action was perfect and the amount of world building they put into the movie was incredible. It became a smash hit, and the sequel was just as good as the first one. Now we have the third entry in the franchise on the way, and the official Twitter account shared a motion poster.
Production is under way, and cinematographer Dan Laustsen also shared some photos from the set earlier this month.
We can all look forward to seeing star Keanu Reeves kick some teeth in next May. It can't come soon enough.
John Wick: Chapter 3, directed by Chad Stahelski, will star Keanu Reeves, Ruby Rose, Ian McShane, Common, and more. It will be released on May 17, 2019.
