Over The Moon Trailer And Poster Debut For Netflix Animated Feature
New Netflix animated film Over The Moon debuted its trailer this afternoon, and boy does it look good. It features a voice cast including Cathy Ang, Phillipa Soo, Robert G. Chiu, Ken Jeong, John Cho, Ruthie Ann Miles, Margaret Cho, Kimiko Glenn, Artt Butler, and Sandra Oh. Animation superstar Glen Keane will direct this tale of a little girl with a gifted mind determined to get to the moon to prove the existence of a moon goddess to her father may just nab Netflix some nominations next spring. Full of vibrant animation and visuals, this one needs to be on your radar for sure. Check out the trailer and poster for Over The Moon below.
Over The Moon Could Grab Netflix An Animation Oscar

This looks incredible. The 3D animation combined with 2D visuals are a spectacular combo, and the story is probably going to make me cry multiple times. Netflix nabbed a nomination for Klaus last year, but if this film lives up to its promise, it may steal the Oscar itself this year. We don't yet have an official release date for Over The Moon, but it better be sooner in the fall as opposed to like November. I do not want to wait that long to experience it.
