What Does Helen Hunt Have To Do With DC's Legends Of Tomorrow?

DC's Legends of Tomorrow executive producer Marc Guggenheim has returned to his teasing ways as he has posted the cover sheet for a new script. Interestingly Guggenheim refers to it as episode 307 yet the page says 306, curious which is correct. The episode is written by Keto Shimizu and Ubah Mohamed and will be directed by David Geddes… but the really interesting part has to be the title, Helen Hunt.

Guggenheim says the title will make more sense when the episode airs. I'm going to assume that Helen Hunt is not making a guest appearance as no word has been given about her joining the show. Which leaves a few other options… the team may go back and meet a younger version of Helen Hunt as they did with George Lucas and various other historical figures. There may be some kind of story told in the episode involving the actress or reference to Mad About You. Or, and most likely, it's not a name but rather the team is out looking for someone named Helen. Perhaps Helen of Troy… it is a time travel show. I could find not significant Helen in the DC universe, so I don't think it's a reference to an existing DC character.

It's a fun thing to think about until the episode airs.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow returns October 10th at 9 pm on the CW.
