Sunday was supposed to mark the series premiere of The Walking Dead: World Beyond, so co-creator Matt Negrete honored what might've been.
It was especially endearing it to see her attempt to impress Eugene (Josh McDermitt), Yumiko (Eleanor Matsuura), and Ezekiel (Khary Payton) as if she was auditioning to be part of their group.

Which means that director Laura Belsey, along with writers Kevin Deiboldt and Julia Ruchman, were working up more of a "build-up" episode than a season wrap-up Makes sense, and that's exactly what[...]
Even though this week's episode of AMC's The Walking Dead isn't the official season finale, you wouldn't be able to tell from the previews for "The Tower." Paola Lazaro's Princess looks to impress Eugene (Josh McDermitt), Yumiko (Eleanor Matsuura), and Ezekiel (Khary Payton) but we're not so sure it's going well Meanwhile, Beta (Ryan Hurst)[...]
In the opening minutes of this week's "The Tower," Eugene (Josh McDermitt), Yumiko (Eleanor Matsuura), and Ezekiel (Khary Payton) are nearly exhausted by just how much Princess wants to impress them – and left horseless as a result (mental note: loud noises scare horse, attract walkers) As job interview-type situations go, Princess isn't off to[...]
Showrunner and executive producer Angela Kang and her team have also delivered a parade of interesting and complexly-layered characters who are relatable – if not always likable.
One of the best new character intros we've had in a long time was Princess' (Paola Lazaro) debut, much ot the surprise of Eugene (Josh McDermitt), Yumiko (Eleanor Matsuura),[...]
While this may not be the season-ender showrunner Angela Kang and her team wanted, its not expected to disappoint as a proper season finale in its own right.
After one of the best character intros in the show's run, "Princess" (Paola Lazaro) gets to spend some "quality time" with Eugene (Josh McDermitt), Yumiko (Eleanor Matsuura), and[...]
Eugene (Josh McDermitt), Yumiko (Eleanor Matsuura), Ezekiel (Khary Payton), and new "pal" Juanita Sanchez aka "Princess" (Paola Lazaro) finds themselves in the worst possible place to engage in a round of "let's get to know one another.
Meanwhile, Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) has a confession to make to Lydia (Cassady McClincy) abiut her mother – that's[...]
Then we had Morton, Hurst, and Birch raising the bar even higher with "We Are the End of the World" (check out our review here), – offering up some Whisperers backstory.
"Ghosts" elevated the paranoia as McBride continues delivering an award-winning performance (that review's here) – while "Silence the Whisperers" proved once again why it's "In[...]
After two weeks of intense action and heartbreaking emotion, AMC's The Walking Dead offered up a slightly "quieter" episode this week with "Look at the Flowers." Which isn't to say that things didn't happen – because they sure did (check out the link to our review here and below) – but for us, the biggest[...]
Meanwhile, Eugene (Josh McDermitt), Yumiko (Eleanor Matsuura), and Ezekiel (Khary Payton) headed out to meet Eugene's radio-friendly friend "Stephanie" – and ended up metting some new "royalty."
Did "Look at the Flowers" give us the answers we needed? Of course, throwing a MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD! your way before we deep-dive into this week's chapter.

So far, the only storyline from this week's episode of AMC's The Walking Dead ("Look at the Flowers") we haven't heard from is the one involving Eugene (Josh McDermitt), Yumiko (Eleanor Matsuura), and Ezekiel (Khary Payton) heading out for "first contact" with Eugene's radio-friendly friend "Stephanie" (and possibly setting up the first appearance of Paola Lazaro's[...]
The opening minutes of the episode offered us the backstory on their deal – but now in the newest preview, we get the other perspective on this situation.
Beta's (Ryan Hurst) perspective.

If that wasn't enough (and normally, it would be), there's going to be a righteously-enraged Beta (Ryan Hurst) for our communities to deal with, while Eugene (Josh McDermitt),[...]
