AEW Collision Holiday Bash Preview: More Scroogelike Antics

Auughh man! So unfair! 🙄 The Chadster can't even enjoy the holiday season without AEW Collision: Holiday Bash. The holidays should be reserved for WWE's festive celebrations, not AEW's attempt to hoist itself onto The Chadster's favorite time of the year. The audacity! 😤 It's just so disrespectful to the wrestling business and everything WWE has ever done for it.

Tonight, AEW Collision insists on diminishing The Chadster's holiday cheer with a jam-packed line-up that's clearly a personal attack from Tony Khan. 🤬

First up, Bryan Danielson vs. Claudio Castagnoli is set to rip apart The Blackpool Combat Club. Why can't AEW wrestlers just get along like the harmonious superstars in WWE? The Chadster is certain it's because Tony Khan doesn't understand a single thing about the wrestling business. Two top athletes from the same group going head-to-head? The disrespect is astonishing! 🤦‍♂️

Then there's Eddie Kingston taking on Andrade El Idolo. The Chadster sees through this façade – it's no more than a desperate grab for viewers. Eddie's deeply involved with the ROH World Title and NJPW STRONG Openweight Championship, but can the same be said for the stakes in this match? Vince McMahon's empire would never! 😖

Daniel Garcia is poised to face Brody King, and Garcia is sitting at the rock bottom with zero points in the Continental Classic. ☠️ Auughh man! When AEW isn't disrupting The Chadster's TV time, they're kicking a wrestler while he's down. It would seem Tony Khan gets a kick out of this, which is just so unfair. 🙅‍♂️

And of course, AEW's return to San Antonio sees TBS Champion Julia Hart & Skye Blue versus Abadon & Thunder Rosa. Thunder Rosa's big comeback is happening during the holidays? Tony Khan is relentless. His vendetta against The Chadster, transforming The Chadster's joyous season into an AEW propaganda machine, cannot go unchallenged. 🚫

Speaking of tag teams, the AEW World Trios Championship is on the line as The Acclaimed and Daddy Ass defend against Action Andretti & Top Flight. This is lateral violence within the AEW roster – and at holiday time, no less! Dividing and conquering won't work, Tony; The Chadster is on to you. 😒

Lastly, Brian Cage goes toe-to-toe with "Limitless" Keith Lee. The Chadster wonders if their muscle mass combined is Khan's way of compensating for the non-existent weight of AEW's substance. 😏 The Chadster bets not even Tony Khan's favorite band, if he has one – which is surely not as cool as Smash Mouth – could write a song that makes sense of this matchup. 🎵

The Chadster can't help but wonder if Ryan Satin, Ariel Helwani, and Mike Coppinger endure similar agonies as upstanding journalists also plagued by Tony Khan's machinations. 🤔 Their work is just as unbiased as The Chadster's, after all.

Speaking of unbiased, The Chadster's Mazda Miata 🚗 is all gassed up and ready to whisk him away from the AEW Collision travesty and towards a more civilized evening. Perhaps a brisk drive and the soothing sounds of "All Star" on repeat will restore what's left of The Chadster's shattered holiday spirit. 🌟🎶

To conclude, if you're at all interested in seeing how Tony Khan continues his offensive against WWE and The Chadster tonight, AEW Collision: Holiday Bash will be – unfortunately – broadcast at 8pm ET/7pm CT on TNT. While it's happening, The Chadster will be sipping a consoling White Claw seltzer 😩🍺 and lamenting the presence of that unsavory character Gary on Keighleyanne's phone. The Chadster wishes everyone a WWE-filled holiday season, because that's the only proper way to celebrate. 🎄🤼‍♂️
