Injustice 2 Launches A Wonder Woman-Themed Event Tying Into The Movie

Injustice 2 is already doing well with fans, even the DC fanboys haven't gotten as outraged over the game as we expected them to, compared to other events that have taken place recently. Not ones to miss out on something awesome, NetherRealm Studios are doing a tie-in with the upcoming Wonder Woman movie.

Starting today, you'll be able to do a special Wonder Woman challenge this week where you can earn this special armor inspired by the costume Gal Gadot wears in the film:

We haven't played yet, so we're not sure if it's just for show or if the armor can actually do anything to improve your stats. We're hoping for the latter, with something cool attached to it.

Once the event is done, the armor will be broken up and you'll have to earn it through the boxes and a little bit of luck. For those wondering about mobile, there's an event for it there as well, but not for armor. You'll be able to unlock two characters based on the film. We wish all you fighters luck, as the event will end on June 5th.
