DJ Jazzy Jeff And The Fresh Prince Reunite For A Tour!!! In Croatia?

Thursday right before Netflix's Bright panel ended I got a quick second to ask Will Smith two questions that have been wracking my brain for awhile. I asked him if there was any plans for him to release a new album. He graciously responded by saying it's something he's been toying around with.

But that wasn't the only question I had for the biggest movie star around. I also asked him if he & long time friend & collaborator DJ Jazzy Jeff were going to tour again. Now I know that question seems about 25 years too late. However last year he had claimed that they would be going on a world tour soon.

I've been dying for this because I'm a huge fan of DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince and Will's solo rap career. I've had all their cassettes and all their CD's. And it kills me when people lump his Fresh Prince days and his Big Willie days together because their two completely different things.

Anyways what Will had to say made me giggle a bit.  He said "Yeah actually we're going to be performing in Croatia and London." It sounded like a great improved joke. Especially since through out the panel he was being a wise cracking funny man. His response even made his co-star Lucy Fry chuckle too. But without missing a beat Will responded by saying "Nah, I'm not joking I'm serious."

So I had to see if the mega star was being serious. So I dug a little deeper and he wasn't pulling my leg. It turns out on August 19th their headlining  MTV's Summerblast in Croatia, and on August 25th the duo is also headling UK's Livewire Festival. I for one hope things go great and the duo go on tour in the US.
