Alan Davis Joins Ed Brubaker On Captain America Monthly Book

Alan Davis has taken over Steve McNiven on the monthly Captain America comic book, still written by Ed Brubaker. He will start work on the series from issue six in December, and will keep the "A-List" feel to the book through into 2012, with the spotlight of the DVD and then the Avengers movie being shone upon the comic book.

Davis combines both the storytelling feel of the classic fan with the bombast and slick razzle dazzle of the modern fan, as well as a work ethic that keeps his comics on time. Expect this to be a popular choice for both fans and retailers alike.
