Is it the mention of Mephisto in relation to Peter Parker and Mary Jane's marriage that was removed from reality?

No.

It's because we have Normon Osborn opening the Carnage bottle he picked up in the last issue and bonding with the symbiote, creating the Red Goblin (though not named yet). In fact, it looks like he may never take that name if a certain symbiote has something to say about it. And it seems he does.

One copy sold this morning for $15. Another for $12. With all copies being put up for cover price being hoovered up by speculators.

While Amazing Spider-Man #794, the first part of this series, is selling for around $5, first and second printings, giving away the ending of its final page.
