The Bleed 2.27: Reading Black Hole With Plunder's Swifty Lang
The Bleed is a weekly podcast by Bleeding Cool contributors Joe Schmidt and Sam Morse. The podcast consists of the latest news in comics, creator interviews, and a weekly book club discussion.
We're back for our first post-Comic-Con show, hitting the ground running! This week sees Swifty Lang of kick-ass studio Hang Dai Editions join the podcast.
Lang discusses working with Skuds McKinley, artist of their Archaia collaboration Plunder, as well as modern piraters and Cronenberg films.
And he's brought with him Charles Burns' classic story, Black Hole. Have you read it? Pretty awesome, right? Also, pretty insane.
You can download us if you're on the go here and subscribe with iTunes and Stitcher.
Tune in next week when Monica Gallagher stops by to discuss Strangers in Paradise vol. 2 by Terry Moore!
