'Death' Artist Chris Bachalo Draws Sandman for Marvel in August

In August, DC Comics will launch its new Sandman Universe imprint, starting with Sandman Universe #1. But that's not the only Sandman we'll be seeing that month. Artist Chris Bachalo, who worked with Neil Gaiman on the mini-series Death: The High Cost of Living and Death: The Time of Your Life will be drawing another Sandman book… for rival Marvel Comics?!

Okay, we're not talking about the same Sandman here, if we're being totally fair. But clickbait headlines gonna clickbait headline. Don't hate the player, is what we're trying to say.

Bachalo and writer Chip Zdarsky will be telling a Sandman story "unlike any you've ever read" in Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man #308, kicking off the series' second year. Check out the solicit below:
