Did Dr Manhattan Mess Further With Timothy Drake in Young Justice #5? (Spoilers)

Brian Bendis has been writing a new Young Justice series, that has brought back Bart, better known as Impulse and the Conner Kent version of Superboy, previously wiped out of continuity by the New 52 reboot, but has also shown Tim Drake and others knowing just who they are.

In today's Young Justice #4 there seems to be a spirit of putting right what once went wrong and hoping that his next leap will be the leap home. Firstly we have Tim Drake and Stephanie Brown getting it on, Right outside the Halls Of Justice as the sun sets on the bonnet of a parked car on the street. Man, teenagers these days…

With a little interruption from Zatanna, who is there to help Tim Drake recover something he once had but no longer does. His virginity maybe? No, another life…

He wouldn't be alone in this right now. Wally West forgot his family and still hasn't got them back. Everyone forgot Wally West, including Barry Allen. No one remembers the Justice Society, the original Titans were forgotten, including Cyborg's rile with them. And slowly, since the DC Rebirth reboot, they've all started coming back. And Tim Drake is allowed to remember what once was…

Young Justice. So how did Tim Drake forget? Well, he was captured by Jor-El under the name Mr Oz, who had been rescued and powered up by Dr Manhattan and had been reunited with his future self through the timelines as a result. It is conceivable that this is part of all that. But Dr Manhattan has been the one shown who is responsible for removing time for the New 52 reboot. What will he be thinking as things begin to unravel?

Tim has been messing a lot with timelines and parallel dimensions of late. It was only a matter of time before his own reboot history came into the fray. No more Red Robin for this guy…
