That is the way Valiant describes their new series Imperium by Joshua Dysart (Harbinger) and Doug Braithwaite (Armor Hunters). The lastest series in their new Valiant Next initiative, Imperium focuses on Toyo Harada as he starts putting together a new army to control the future of the planet.

Toyo Harada is the most dangerous human being on the planet. Imbued with incredible powers of the mind, he has spent his life guiding humanity from the shadows. But today he is a wanted man.
