Hero Initiative To Have Massive Presence At Long Beach Comic Con

The Hero Initiative, the non-profit organization that helps comic creators in medical and financial need, is set to have a large presence at the Long Beach Comic Con the weekend of September 17th-18th. They will be set up at booth #813/#914 and will be the exclusive home base for Mike Perkins (Captain America) and Mike Choi (X-Force).

Also signing / sketching at the booth are: Christian Gossett (Star Wars), Gabriel Hardman (Planet of the Apes) and Aaron Sowd (Batman) will be by on Saturday only, and Danny Miki (Batman) will attend Sunday only.

And Hero is teaming up with comic store, Golden Apple Comics. You can play the Hero Mystery Pack game only at the Golden Apple-Hero Initiative Island. Mystery packs are only $10 each with $5 going to Hero Initiative. Inside each pack are 10 random comics, and a special prize with a guaranteed value of at least $10. Plus, hidden Golden Tickets can get you one of 20 Grand Prizes valued at up to $250!
