In Worrying Sign, Villains Sweep Marvel Variant Line for Fantastic Four Wedding Issue

Fans are still licking their wounds from a pair of bait-and-switch comic book weddings over the Summer, but Marvel has promised that two characters — specifically the ones advertised — will indeed tie the knot in Fantastic Four #5 this December. Though, as the saying about comic book readers goes, there's one born every minute, it's still hard to trust that Marvel will actually deliver on this promised wedding without some shenanigans.

And when you throw in some of the Fantastic Four's most famous villains, well…

But that's what Marvel is doing with a line of Fantastic Four villain variants (sorry, no lenticular 3D announced yet) sweeping across 22 Marvel titles. Duplicates will be purchased! Sales will be spiked! It's the third and final comic book wedding of 2018, and you know what they say about weddings: third time's a charm.
