It seems Marvel comics just can't get enough of killing Cable. First, Cable was killed by a younger version of himself in Extermination. Now, in next week's Shatterstar #5, the conclusion to the series, Cable is killed again along with the rest of the original X-Force by… Shatterstar?!

All is not as it seems, however, as this is just an alternate reality presented to Shatterstar by the Grandmaster, all part of his plan to…what is his plan again? Well, he doesn't get around to fully revealing his motivations in this preview of next week's issue. For that, you'll need to read the rest when Shatterstar #5 hits stores next Wednesday.
