Leaving Las Vegas – Wax Cap's Days Are Numbered
Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas has been hosting an Avengers line-up that is a must-see. Thor, Iron Man, Nick Fury and Captain America are currently on display at the famous wax museum but time is counting down before one of the members moves on.
The figures went on display in November with an opening attended by Stan Lee himself and will stay intact until January 14th when Captain America will be removed. Why the Star-Spangled Avenger is making an exit is unknown. With the release of Captain America: The Winter Soldier coming up, maybe the figure will be traveling or maybe he's going through a remodel to look more like the new movie design… at this point it's just speculation.
The figure was sculpted in 2011 based on the designs in The Avengers movie and has been on display since 2012.
You have two more weeks to go see Cap and the Marvel Super Heroes 4D experience. Now the show will go on… but what are the Avengers without Captain America?
