Marvel Brings Back Summer Annual Events with Acts of Evil
Marvel has revealed exactly what Acts of Evil is, first teased last week on the Twitter accounts of various Marvel editors. As was obvious from the name and the fact that it's written in the same font as Acts of Vengeance, Acts of Evil will put Marvel heroes against villains they haven't faced before, but a press release now reveals that Acts of Evil will take place across Marvel's Annuals beginning in July, in the same spirit as events like The Evolutionary War or Atlantis Attacks.
As a special bonus, according to the solicit for Ms. Marvel Annual #1: Ms. Marvel vs. Super Skrull, Marvel is also introducing a new Infinity Warp in the form of artist "Jon Lim," a mashup of artist Jon Lam and artist Ron Lim. Either that or they just spelled Jon Lam's name wrong.
