A Massacre Coming for Valiant's Harbinger Renegade #5?

Valiant's Harbinger Renegade, the series that promises to kickstart next year's Harbinger Wars 2 event, looks like it has some dark times ahead of it.

In today's Harbinger Renegade #4, from writer Rafer Roberts and artist Darick Robertson, we end with the Harbinger Renegades officially back together again…just in time for the next, rather ominously titled, story arc coming in July.

According to the issue's final page, a "Massacre" is coming to the world of Harbinger beginning in July. And by the looks of it, the story arc won't just affect the main team, but potentially everyone in the world of Harbinger, including Toyo Harada, Livewire, Generation Zero, the H.A.R.D. Corps, and even the long-missing-in-action Imperium squad…

But just how will "Massacre" move the needle towards Harbinger Wars 2? It seems we'll have to wait until July with Harbinger Renegade #5 to find out.
