Nadia Van Dyne, Riri Williams, Miles Morales, Sam Alexander and Amadeus Cho's Stories Continue in Champions #19

Here's a thought.

As of June, and Champions #19, Ms. Marvel is the only character in the cast who has a solo ongoing uncancelled title at Marvel Comics, when not too long ago it would have been five out of the seven heroes now on the team, Nova, Miles Morales: Spider-Man, Wasp, Ironheart, Totally Awesome Hulk, with Viv Vision on the side.

That means the only place for people who had been enjoying the monthly adventures of Riri Williams, Miles Morales, Sam Alexander, Amadeus Cho and Nadia Van Dyne, Champions might be the place to go.

After all, they all have their own rooms… and keeping their own continuity going.

So if you are the kind of person who liked following any of these characters, and are saddened by their departure, it may be a title you might want to pick up.

And while each series may have not had the sales, popularity or branding legacy to continue – though we still don't know what, if anything, is planned for Miles Morales – if everyone who bought those books combined bought Champions, it would be a best seller.

Champions #19 came out this week. With a #1 on the cover. Because that's what people do these days. Just saying.
