Once upon a time in 2002, comic book retailer Brian Hibbs of Comix Experience in San Francisco launched a class-action lawsuit against Marvel Comics over their lack of adherence to Diamond Comic Distributors' rules over comic books lateness. Well, he appears to have a new thing: Marvel ComiXology discounts.
At the Diamond Retail Summit, Marvel presented a new scheme that will let retailers delay payment to Diamond and Marvel, helping retailer cashflow.
