Preview: Robert Kirkman, Marc Silvestri And Brian Stelfreeze's Hardcore, Out This Week (REPRINT)

It was meant to come out two years ago. It didn't. Now Top Cow have made it available to retailers without going through the usual channels. Which means it is going to arrive to many as a complete surprise – if they get it at all.

This is Hardcore, the new/old comic created by Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman and Marc Silvestri, written by Kirkman and drawn by Brian Stelfreeze, as part of the Kirkman/Silvesti Pilot Season from a time before the TV show when Kirkman still did this kind of thing.

It was solicited to retailers two years ago, and retailers (if they recalled it) were invited to change their order numbers recently. It will come as a surprise to many, and is probably coming out now ahead of the Pilot Season collection.
