Interesting news day today. Despite a steady stream of DC New 52 (and good to see everyone finally on the same page as to what to call that, incidentally) news, Marvel took the day with Rich's con bar tip on the Incredible Hulk #1. As DC saw last month, sometimes you just can't plan the pr on these things — and sometimes, it's better when you don't.

Well last night in the bar, talking to Marvel folks, that creative team seemed to firm up. And this morning I understand that the book will be called The Incredible Hulk #1 and will ship its first issue in October.
Court Papers Served On Shocker Toys At Their Own San Diego Comic Con Panel
Yesterday at San Diego Comic Con, Shocker Toys held a panel. Bleeding Cool tagged it as a possibly controversial one. And so it turned out to be. Because as well as attracting an audience of fans of the companies toys, it also received a visit from one upset over allegations of non payment to Shocker Toys creators.
Comic-Con Pervs: Bustin' Makes 'Em Feel Good
He's looking to take pictures of anybody at Con who is themselves taking pictures of "seXXXy geek girls." So, basically, if you lapse and try to snap off a quick "upskirt", you may find yourself photographed, and that image published online. Bus-ted.

My impressions: great FX. Humanoid face, no long lizard snout. Big. Muscly. Probably about ten feet tall. Body not quite symmetrical. Long lizardy fingers. Mouth upturned a bit like a smile. Think scaly hulk With human-meets-reptile features.
Beavis And Butt-Head Reboot: MTV Brings Back Obnoxious Teenage Classic (Video Preview)
That aside, today comes word that 90s culture continues to exact a terrible revenge on the future as MTV announces the return of Beavis and Butt-Head. As always, the 20-year nostalgia rule applies, more or less.
