I happened to be thinking about which comic book artist would draw the best Supermoon earlier tonight (shut up) and figured it'd be one of the early Image artists. Because when I think of the work of guys like Todd McFarlane, and say, Stephen Platt, I think of those cratery, that's-no-moon sized moons. And then Geoff Boucher of Hero Complex tweeted about Berni Wrightson, and that's a point too.
