Anthem PS4 Players Are Claiming the Game is Breaking Their System

A new problem has arisen with Anthem players, this time on the PS4, as players are claiming online that the game is causing their console to brick. Several players have taken to Twitter, Reddit, and other social media outlets to show that the game has been crashing on their systems, and to make matters worse, some of the PS4's that are affected are having failed memory issues are simply failing to respond after being turned on. This prompted a response from Electronic Arts today who posted this service announcement for people experiencing issues.

Right now it's unknown how many consoles are being affected. While we ourselves haven't experienced any issues, it's safe to say the best course of action would be to not even open Anthem up until the company sends out a response or a patch to fix whatever the issue may be. We'll keep you updated as we learn more from the developers.
