Download The Hypnotoad In The Next 'Futurama' Game Coming To Mobile

futuramamobile

Prepare for a week of "shut up and take my money" memes as Tiny Co. and Jam City will be releasing the latest Futurama mobile game, Futurama: Worlds Of Tomorrow, sometime this year. The game features the first animated content from Futurama since the show's last run on Comedy Central in 2013, supported by the staff of the show who are most likely doing all the script writing, including Matt Groening and David X. Cohen. Cohen's quote on the game was great to read in the PR sheet:

"Working on this new Futurama animation has been a thrilling adventure," said David X. Cohen. "I finally understand how Neil Armstrong must have felt when he first landed on the lunar surface, watched some funny cartoons on the control screen, and did whatever else was on his schedule that day."

The game will basically be a collection RPG kind of game, where you'll explore, collect items, level up your characters to do more things, explore and possibly help save New New York, and a bunch of other stuff that looks like it may have freemium features. We'll see what kind of game we get later on, hopefully, there will be something to see at this year's E3. In the meantime, enjoy the trailer!
