Razer Releases Gold Edition of the Razer Phone for Chinese New Year
If you're one of the many gamers who has been drooling over getting a new Razer Phone, simply just to play games on, you're probably going to be salivating a little more over the next edition of the phone on the way. Below is a look at the Gold Edition of the phone, which is being released specifically to celebrate the Chinese New Year.
What's different about this phone, you may ask? Nothing internal, everything is external and is by design. The phone itself has some gold foil and added design features to make it stand apart from the regular Razer Phones out there, much the same way other companies make gold versions of their phones so you can have that version instead of your ordinary black-and-white versions.
The Gold Edition Razer Phone will run you about $700 and, beyond select stores in Hong Kong, can only be purchased via Razer's official online shop. But be aware, the phone is only able to work with two U.S. carriers right now: T-Mobile and AT&T. So unless you're only purchasing as a gaming unit and using wifi signals, make sure you can actually use it for the phone functionality before buying.
