Quantic Dream Teases Something New Coming in 2019

Quantic Dream has had a pretty decent year with Detroit: Become Human, but it looks like they got big plans on the way for 2019. Yesterday night, the team posted a quick note to Twitter thanking all of their fans, but at the same time, teasing something great to be announced in the new year.

If you like to go down the conspiracy hole, knowing how close the company is with Sony Interactive Entertainment these days, the current guess is that we're going to get an announcement for a sequel to either Heavy Rain or Beyond: Two Souls. There's potential do to with Heavy Rain what Capcom did with Silent Hill in its early years by telling different stories within the same premise, but it seems people are more intrigued to see what might come of the ending to Beyond: Two Souls. Considering Quantic Dream has never done a sequel, we're guessing it will be something more original.
