Shenmue 3 Developer Reiterates That The Game is Coming This Year
A producer has reiterated that Shenmue is still set for 2018.
While we don't actually know too much about the game in the grand scheme of things, Producer Cedric Biscay has taken to Twitter to say the game is indeed coming out this year and that there might be a little extra too. Biscay promised even more surprises, although it is not clear what that means. HD Remasters of the older games, perhaps?
The Tweet said:
Supposedly the team working on the game is actually quite small, so honestly, I'm a little surprised to hear we should still be expecting it. At the same time, I'm genuinely fascinated as to what this thing is going to be. We've seen so little of how it will play, the game is begging to have those details filled in sooner rather than later.
