Surviving Mars Finally Gets A Release Date For Console & PC

One of the coolest looking games to cross our path last year was Surviving Mars from Haemimont Games and Paradox Interactive, which contained the simple premise of living on the red planet in a strategy setting to help build a colony and thrive. The last anyone saw of the game was back at Gamescom, but there wasn't a lot to speak of at that time. Now we finally have an official release date set for the game as it will come out on March 15th for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Below is a brief description of the game, as well as the date reveal trailer which makes us want to play it even more if these animations are part of the game.

Surviving Mars is a sci-fi settlement builder all about colonizing Mars and surviving the process. Choose a space agency for resources and financial support before determining a location for your colony. Build domes and infrastructure, research new possibilities and utilize drones to unlock more elaborate ways to shape and expand your settlement. There will be challenges to overcome. Execute your strategy and improve your colony's chances of survival while unlocking the mysteries of this alien world. Are you ready? Mars is waiting for you.
