The *Actual* First Action Figures For Girls – I Am Elemental, Reviewed

In a recent interview with DC President Diane Nelson in Fortune, she talked about the DC Super Hero line as being the first action figure line aimed at girls.

Well, that interview has now been amended with the line,

Correction: In an earlier version of this story, Diane Nelson stated that the DC Super Hero Girls are the first action figures made for girls. That statement is inaccurate; there are other companies that make action figures for girls.

Such as I Am Elemental. Who sent Bleeding Cool a set of their first line Courage from 2013, ahead of the release of their second line, Wisdom, to come this summer. So I had to turn to our expert reviewers…
